I have been a customer (massages only) for years. However, I will not return after my last encounter with the owner. He was upset with his employee and took his frustrations out on me. He reduced my massage time without notice (I was told when I arrived and was in the massage room) because he wanted to go home early and I was the last appointment. He was very rude and childlike when I attempted to address this with him. The conversation was pointless and he basically shared he was fine losing a customer.
