Recently we noticed a small water mark on the ceiling below where our toilet had been newly installed in the bathroom above. I contacted Mike and he got back to me immediately to schedule a next day appointment. His brother John came exactly at the scheduled time and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue (small leak due to wax seal issue). I hate giving negative reviews, but I had no choice here. This was easily the worst service I've ever received. Showed up hours late, never fixed our issue, was very rude, & still sent us a bill for $500. Stay away.
Mike and John at Hinchion Plumbing are A+ for service, performance and quality. Mike is very responsive, open to changes and performs quality work and a responsible price. Hinchion is easy to work with and provides great customer service during the project. I highly recommend Hinchion Plumbing and Heating. Very satisfied home owner, Dan White
