I just can’t recommend this firm. The playing chess, not checkers ethos does not work when there are emergency needs for the children. In addition to that, after spending over $20,000 I never received any responses again after court finished. I called and I sent Shane emails directly as well as his paralegal. I thought this was a solid place and Shane came highly recommended by many other attorneys who handle non contested cases, but I just can’t, in good conscience, recommend this firm.
I was going through a difficult experience—a crisis—and I 100% recommend I recommended Mr,Shane very helpful, He answered all my questions and resolved my case very quickly; he and his staff made me feel right at home. Shane and his staff are attentive and knowledgeable. If you call with a question and need a call back, they are quick. They look through your case and tell you what you can do so you feel extremely comfortable. Shane is very down to earth and doesn't talk above you so you understand everything that is being done. Hopefully I never have an issue again but should I have a problem, this law firm will be where I go.
