Shane and his staff are attentive and knowledgeable. If you call with a question and need a call back, they are quick. They look through your case and tell you what you can do so you feel extremely comfortable. Shane is very down to earth and doesn't talk above you so you understand everything that is being done. Hopefully I never have an issue again but should I have a problem, this law firm will be where I go.
