Hinata has the highest quality sushi I've ever had the privilege of tasting. Honestly, Hinata has ruined other sushi places for me because none other can compare. Highly recommend trying the omakase, especially at the bar instead of a table- it was fantastic getting to speak directly with Chef Gavin. Also highly recommend making a reservation for special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries. Hinata is a wonderful venue for sushi lovers' dates.
A very good value. A good wine and sake selection that complemented the food well. Dishes were good but not inspired.
Loved our dinner here. We had the omakase, and while the appetizers were okay, the 12 nigiri that came as part of the set was perfect. All the fish was so tender and just melted in our mouths. We also liked the vibe - great setting but not overly stuffy by any means.
Really expensive but it was really good. Had the omasake. It was on point with some great variety and selection. Would go for a work dinner. Nice and quiet. Great to talk.
