Had appointment today & so my husband & I went as planned for some issues in starting our family. Our PCP had made the referral & set up all the details w/ Dr. Hina & her office 2 wks prior to our visit today. We arrive today & get informed that she will not see us. We NEVER got passed the receptionist desk & it was more than obvious they didnt give a crap that they were reniging on what they had told our PCP nor that my husband had taken off a day of work to specifically go to this appointment.
I LOVE Dr.Hina !!!! She is amazing ! She took amazing care of me !! If it wasnt fkr her cafching another person missed i could be dead ..she pays attention to detail and goes that extra mile!!! The only Gyno ill ever see wish dhe was general practice id would definatly have her for PMC!!!
Office seems dysfunctional, with rude staff, long wait time and what seems an uneducated physician who is unable to answer your questions. Save your time and go to a real obgyn at uap.
Best female doctor in town.
