We lived as a tenant while Charles was managing that property. I never faced any issue regarding maintenance and he is very responsive. At the move out time, he was pretty fair with us, he compensated us for the paint as well. Highly recommend Hin Management for property solutioms.
I sent a request to rent a property, they didn't analyze it, they didn't respond to my email, I sent another email asking for a response, I didn't get a response, it seems to me that there is some kind of prejudice in this place... I don't recommend it!
