We contacted East Bay Property Management as we were interested in having them manage our property in Newark, CA. We talked to Jack and set up a time to meet at the property the following Monday. We told him that we were coming from out of town, 2 1/2 hours away, and also informed him that we had just put over $300,000 into the home doing a total remodel so it would rent for more than other homes in the area.
