If I could give this real estate company 0 stars, I would. In mid February I talked to what I thought was a friend Joe Cruz and asked him to sell my home. Due to some personal issues, I backed out and apologized . A month went by and I was definitely ready to sell so I called again. Joe put my house on the market.
