We met up w/ Tim Earp today and he gave us the best rundown on all the dif bikes, sizes and needs we could possibly hope for. We did a few test drives and opted for the Cobra Pro D7. Great bikes all around and would highly recommend him and the bikes. Seriously - what a nice person and great customer service. Above and beyond expectations. Thx bro.

If I could leave a zero I would. The website says 9to 5 7 days a week actually the hours a 10 to 3 Tuesday through Fridays. I do not know who can shop between these hours as I work 6 to 3. Oh well I will take my business elsewhere.

Called Tim asking about the cobra pro and he happened to already have them in stock, he has a huge inventory of bikes and handled my warranty issue within a week. Definitely recommend this place and will be back to buy another bike

Awsome customer service and very knowledgeable. Even if you don't own a Himiway, they'll help you. If you have a Himiway, you must come by, especially during their tune-up event!!

If you're looking for an e-bike, this is the place to go! The absolute best customer service. Tim was a pleasure to work with ask for him when you arrive. Tell him Fred sent you.They have a wide variety of himiway bikes. It's the only himiway service center in the area. Do yourself a favor and go by there before you purchase an e-bike. You won't be disappointed!
