Wrongful Service Their "technician" came out in an emergency water leak situation in our kitchen floor. The advice we got was that the water came from excessive rain (never happened in the 15 years we've been here). Yet the kitchen floor was also warm (turns out that there was a burst kitchen waterpipe leaking hot water under the floor). Yet their "technician"'s explanation was that sometimes "water mixes with chemicals, causing a chemical reaction that produces heat."
