I would not recommend this nail salon. My appointment took over an hour just for a polish, and the technician had significant difficulty with the filing process. The end result was disappointing — my nails came out uneven and the shape was far from what I expected. For the time spent, the quality simply wasn't there. I'll be looking elsewhere for my next visit.
I’ve dealt with 3 different techs by appt each time. Most are very polite BUT they seem to always over book. Every time I was made to wait far beyond my appointment time. I only do simple gel manicure or pedicures. Never both at the same time. And they’re below average. Which is even more frustrating. Also ignore the website. It’s not accurate.
My nail techs were SUPER nice and wonderful to get my nails done with. I got powder dip nails with pink tips painted on. Within a few days, 3 of the nails chipped. I was on vacation so I couldn’t come in to get them fixed. My gel paint on my toe also chipped within a few days. My daughter’s regular polish chipped quickly as well, which is expected for a child.
