Never had Himalayan or Nepalese food, so not able to compare. But think Indian. The service was excellent, the food was well prepared and spiced properly. The table condiments were very good. Will definitely return. Also, it was quite busy on a Thursday evening so I expect it would be packed on the weekend.
Excellent Indian cuisine Always make it a point to have at least one meal when travelling through Flag Staff...
I've never given a five of five to any restaurant. So THIS IS THE BEST food I've ever had! No joke. SO GOOD. The chutneys are TOP notch too. Wow!!!
