The nurse was very very nice. I dont have any problem with no one staff here.
Terrible service, staff is rude and treat their patients as if we were stupid. Avoid going here if you can
The receptionist here at this location is terrible, can’t event take a simple information from its patients, and missing bookings. They ask patients to fill up the same information EVERY time which I do not understand why patient need to keep fill in the information event just for revisit? They need to be put in proper reception training. There are two window one is for HIM clinic on the right and one is for REACH on the left. The nurses that worked with me were extremely pleasant - I forgot their names but they were both women. They were so kind & thoughtful, which was helpful in creating a safe environment for me.
