HIM Mechanical for the win! The three previous HVAC contractors I had out to diagnose the issue all came to the same conlcusion that I needed a new condenser-and the unit was only three years old. Jason from HIM arrived this morning exactly on time, was professional and asked me a few questions about the issue I was having. Within 15 minutes, Jason discovered a crossed wire was causing the issue, that I did not need a new condenser but a recharge of the refrigerant would also be helpful. We have used H I M for almost 27 years for our heating and cooling needs. They installed our original system when our house was built. The techs are always so nice thorough and on time. Any issues we have ever had have been taken care of quickly. We have had both the ac and heating systems replaced and of course we used these guys again. I would not use anyone else
