Trim did an amazing job, I’m talking about amazing customer service from start to finish.
A group of nice people that work this establishment and it’s a very chill/melo environment. The only issue is that I paid for a service that was barely achieved from Trin. My reattached locs were partially coming out as I was getting ready to leave from the shop. After receiving poor work from Trin I asked her “would she fix my locs if the work she did came completely out” and she replied should would take care of it for me.
