Terrible property manager! Extremely rude, unprofessional and condescending. He doesn’t provide the proper services and doesn’t care about appropriate appliances, conditions and attitude towards customers at all and lets you know it! He threatens and cuts you off and harasses you too. Please stay away from him and find a home elsewhere!
Bad management I rented from Hiltz for a year. They have unfriendly, unhelpful office staff, and they were impossible to deal with in getting even the simplest maintenance issues fixed.
