WOW - never ever make reservations at a Hilton. I try to call reservations to cancel and they insist that you can not cancel through the reservation number. Um, what good is a reservation number if you cant cancel a reservation through the reservation number, THAT WAS USED TO MAKE THE RESERVATION. Hilton has really gone down hill. Guess all they care about is money and fame at this point! i urge you to choose a different hotel!!

Hiltons Reservations where really accomodating when I needed to cancel my reservation. My child was sick and we couldnt keep our reservation. I was told that the reservation couldnt be cancelled and I would be charged for the 1 night +/tax because I was outside of the cancellation policy. I didnt want to pay for a night especiallly if my child is sick and we cant make the stay. She asked if we will be coming back to the hotel at another time?
