Great location for business around the hotel or for a travel layover. Free packages and parking. Nice rooms and courteous staff make the day a pleasant stay. Would be nice if they offered day room services for that longer IAH connection as a bed beats any IAH lounge.
A blessing to the rescue! The United flight was late. They canceled at the last minute, and we had no arrangements. This hotel is close to the airport, has great shuttle service, a restaurant, and excellent customer care. Thank you for keeping this hotel up to standard and going beyond!
Location was close to airport, not that close to city center if that is your interest. Visited here for a wedding, the staff was very friendly from the hotel-shuttle driver to front desk, to cleaning staff. The chocolate chip cookies are a real treat (available at front desk). The rooms were not as outdated as described on other reviews (Stayed on 7th floor for reference). Also, the fitness center was very clean and spacious.
I booked this hotel expecting a comfortable night’s sleep, as DoubleTree has consistently offered quality and affordability in my travels. This location is conveniently close to the airport, which was a major factor in our choice, as we’re mindful of our budget while traveling abroad.
