Wonderful front desk staff Michael, Jeannette and Jose were super helpful and friendly! I love staying here but having staff that are so lovely and knowledgeable really adds to my overall experience! Thanks again 🩷
Even though the hotel is older, it is well cared for and clean. The staff has been great, and, if you're catching a flight, it's super convenient.
Ended up at this Doubletree due to a missed flight connection, and wow it was not fun. Room was very worn, multiple items were damaged and broken, and the AC sounded like a jet engine. Upon arrival at midnight after a very long day, the person at the front desk proceeded to continue working on their computer for over 5 minutes, refusing to assist me or the other people who had also arrived. Another employee had to get off break to help us, and the check in process took over 15 minutes due to unfamiliarity with the food vouch... read more
Shower was terrible. More cold thenwarm at best.
Good location for flying in/out of IAH. 24/7 hotel shuttle. Next door to a few fast food joints and a convenience store/gas station..room was nice. Coffee maker and microwave. Ate at the restaurant for breakfast. . Buffet and cook to order items. All the staff i interacted with were friendly and easy going.
