Our connecting flight was missed due to a mechanical delay on our flight of origin and the airline sent us to this hotel overnight. I can't say enough about how kind & friendly the staff were to these two "distressed" travelers. They gave us combs, toothbrushes, & toothpaste and warm cookies! From the moment I made initial contact regarding the shuttle pick-up, the staff was helpful and supportive which was much needed considering our circumstances.
