Room 509 is a freaking nightmare. The air conditioning rumbles like a jet engine. Even with ear plugs rated NRR33 you can still hear it and it vibrates through the bed. I went to bed with a headache, bare l barely slept and got up with a worse headache.
Courteous staff and accommodating to religious requirements.
Hilton needs to remove their name from this facility...I booked because I trust Hilton...The franchisee has about 75.. 1 star complaints about air conditioner & room, because of the air conditioners..and has NOT replaced the very old units...its obvious no investment is being made in the rooms...I paid $300 a night on a Tuesday in a nowhere suburb...the AC was outrageously loud, about 80 decibels with a huge bang when it kicks on..no sleep for me all night, ruined my little vacation...DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!
Only stayed for a night for a wedding, but it was so great I had to leave a review. I had to check in SUPER EARLY and they were actually able to accommodate that! I wouldn’t expect it all the time, but it was very helpful. That by itself wouldn’t be enough, but I had to take about the bar and David. Usually, a hotel bar is just that: a bar at a hotel.
