Front desk is so rude. Had a special delivery coordinated with management and they were busy at the scheduled delivery time and the front desk would not accept the delivery. Very difficult and harsh for such an esteemed establishment. Would not recommend if you keep kosher or have special diet.
Very wonderful place with beautiful scenery and also has clean rooms too which is a big deal for me because I'm a germaphobe
