Hilton supports ICE, stay somewhere else.
The hotel was pretty but we literally were there maybe 45 minutes as we went to dinner and when we came back to the room, we didn't even turn down the blankets as we found the bed to be extremely hard and very uncomfortable. We ended up checking out and letting the front desk agent, Jessica know why. She said she totally understood. I tried to get a refund as we did not stay over. Service and walkable options for food is great. It's a college town, so with game days, it gets busy in town.
No complimentary anything except coffee, even of ur gold or diamond could not use food and beverage credits, fridge don't work as well, there's a microwave. Close to downtown, use to stay here twice a month but now avoid this specific hotel as they no longer take points. Have now stayed at other establishments.
