Girlfriend and I stayed the night there the first time this Saturday. The front desk agent was not very friendly or welcoming and felt more like we were a burden than a guest. I came down for a snack from the Shop as well that was not stocked very well and I couldnt find the front desk agent for a bit. I totally could of grabbed some items and taken off. Was charged nearly $100 for a pet fee for one night, and they did not disclose how much it was going to be at the front desk. Standard rate is $50 per accommodation. That's on top of $20 to park. Was also told water in the room is free, but there's a sign in the room that says $2 per bottle for non Hilton members. Don't patronize this dishonest business. Was also put on the 4th floor with a pet, even though it was supposed to be an accessible room. The floor was as soft as the bed; apparently they use ultra-cheap 6" mattress... read more
