I stayed here with my family and we had two rooms with two people per room. We were supposed to get an f and be credit $10 a day per person per room. We ended up charging everything on my room since I paid for everything and no one had told us that we needed to put charges on the other room. When I contacted the manager she only gave us credit for one person in the second room because when we checked in the front desk didn't bother to put that there were two people. We recently stayed here during our child’s Boise State orientation. The check-in with Soren was very welcoming and easy. The room was ready and clean. After the first night and being gone for the majority of the day we came back to an unserviced room. We called for towels since we have already used the ones that were provided. We also asked if it’s normal for the rooms to not get housekeeping daily, and they responded that it’s every other day. Ok, no problem we just needed more towels. The front desk person Soren McKinnon was the friendliest and most helpful hotel employee I have ever encountered. He was attentive and interested in my bookstore journey and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. I looked forward to seeing him at the desk and talking to him the three days we were there. Good job Soren!
