Very nice hotel. Amazing bar nicest bartender Kim was her name. Very sweet. So helpful
We had a rough start to our trip in Boise after checking into another hotel that just wasn’t going to work. We decided to move to the Hilton Downtown — and wow, what a difference. From the moment we called, Kat (KAT) was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to get us into a clean, safe room early, with an incredible view. The room was fine. There was a lot of ambient noise when trying to sleep $15 overnight parking fee in a parking garage $20 breakfast so that makes it a middle rate Hilton in my opinion.
Stayed for a local business event. Room was not as clean as I would prefer. Stains on carpet, hair in the shower. As a positive, the location allowed me to walk to many destinations nearby.
