Dated structure but well maintained. Friendly and professional staff. Great food and drinks in the lounge area. Parking is off site in the garage next to the property.
Parking very inconvenient and expensive, I will always choose to some where else.
I recently stayed at this hotel for a church event, and the location was perfect for walking to nearby attractions like the zoo. The room itself was not very clean, we requested an extra bed, but after a long five-hour journey, all I wanted was sleep, yet we were left to make our own bed. This was new to us because, in all previous hotels, the hotel ensured that the extra bed was ready for the guest. The room could have been cleaner, with noticeable stains on the chairs and shower.
