The desk staff were friendly. The hotel is being renovated and really needs it but it was a mess. The lobby was all torn up with furniture stacked up and lots of dust. The carpets throughout the hotel were dated and in disrepair and it was just generally unpleasant. The location was convenient as we were just passing through but wasn't walking distance to much. In a few months Im sure it will be adequate but in the meantime they should say under construction and offer guests a complimentary breakfast or something.
The place is undergoing a renovation. I stayed on floor 5 and there was construction debris all over the floor. They didn't clean up after themselves. Just left filth everywhere. While the location is good, I wish I was warned about the rehab as I would have stayed anywhere else as the price wasn't adjusted as it should have been. There is a Hampton and Home2 Suite seconds away, both a better place to stay at this point and both Hilton brands.
Unfortunately the facility seemed understaffed. We had a couple of issues that needed attention and we were told that there was no maintenance Service available on the weekends. We asked for our room to be cleaned the second day and we’re informed that that only happens every other day hence not available. The Decor of the room was extremely bland and largely absent. The staff that was there was friendly but we will not return. It is a convenient location.
The greatest experience I ever had room are clean the staff is great front desk. Workers are awesome.
