Here on business, clean rooms, friendly people
I recently stayed at this Hilton and was extremely disappointed with the service. In the morning, I realized there were no towels in my room, so I called the front desk to request one. Instead of bringing a towel to my room, they told me I had to come down and get it myself. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Having to run down to the front desk just to take a shower is ridiculous, especially when basic hospitality should include providing necessary amenities to guests.
