Decent place to stay.
I am extremely unhappy about this hotel. I booked a room direct with the hotel through my membership. I paid for the room in full in advance. I let the hotel know at booking that I would be checking in late after normal check in period which they did not have an issue with. I checked in online early in the day to make sure there was no questions on wether I was coming or not. I did everything by the book. Me and my family were staying here. We were expecting a pool and a hot tub. Me and my family went to get snacks, we came back expecting to swim. When we got back we changed and went to the pool. The pool is closed because a kid pooped in the pool. The people would not answer the phone. The only good thing about this hotel was the pillows.
