I ordered a hotel room from Priceline. The guy at the desk couldn’t figure out how to give me a hotel. I had to cancel my reservation and go get a hotel somewhere else because he couldn’t figure out the confirmation number in the booking numbers from third-party app I’ve been all over the nation written hotels never had this problem. I’ll never go to any Hilton ever. I’ll make sure all my family members and all the Internet knows also.
I had a very bad experience earlier this week. We were booked for 2 nights, reached late evening on 13th and were told they are oversold. We were given alternate hotel for the night, but the following morning when we returned to ask for the rooms, we were told they will not be ready till 4 pm. None of the hotel staff or manager had the courtesy to even apologize. Stay away from such hotels
