This is a hidden gem, I love the free appetizers for happy hour. The Bartenders were so friendly and engaging!
The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location to the airport. I booked one of the pure wellness rooms thinking it would be better for the allergies. well that was wrong. The room had a smell and on top of that the AC would not cool the room. The gentleman that came to look into the AC issue was very nice - they could not figure it out and offered to swap rooms; however, I was already situated and said no and he said well let me get a fan for you. Shuttle service arrival to the airport is slow. Waited for a shuttle for an 1.5. Contacted the front desk and attendant was rude and didn’t care. Her response was the shuttle is free. This is very inconsiderate and unprofessional response when most depend on the shuttle service close to the airport.
I love staying at Embassy Suites. Location near the Atlanta Dream arena. Friendly staff from the start. Check in, happy hour, breakfast (omelet chef was awesome) and check out was easy, helpful. Definitely book again next season when Indiana Fever are here! LOL
