I recently stayed at the Embassy by Hilton Atlanta Airport. Upon arrival and checking in digital key didn't work at all for room or parking. Linen on bed had spots. The other bed linen had holes in them. Air conditioner wasn't cooling. No cold water in restroom sink. It's been a week and I did a report for a pair of shoes I left and I have yet to hear from anyone about my items I left. I've followed up every day and again this morning. No help at all.
I stayed at this hotel during the weekend that Beyonce was doing her Cowboy Carter tour in Atlanta. The lobby, bar area, and breakfast area was really nice. It had restaurant style seating in there which I think was very cool. I stayed in a 2 queen bedroom suite and it was very spacious. My family reunion was recently held at the Embassy Suites at 4700 Southport Rd, College Park, GA. The staff provided attentive customer service and the food met expectations. The atrium featured a well-maintained bar and distinctive gathering spaces. However, there were concerns regarding room conditions. Upon waking, mildew was found on the pillows, which affected both myself and my niece in the adjacent bed. Due to her allergies, she chose not to stay for a second night and required medication. Everything was great, room was clean and neat, parking is safe, location is great it isn't too far from the airport and the city. Although the room we stayed in, the tub flooring has peeled off a big chunk of it and we reported it to front desk as soon as it happened because my husband and son almost slipped when they showered. The maintenance stated that they can't do anything about it as they are full.
