Don't expect things to be in working order. My air conditioner didn't cool at all.
I recently hosted a training event at Embassy Suites, and I cannot say enough great things about the experience. No wifi unless you sign up for loyalty program. Exhaustive automated prompts when you call to get a person, when you do they’re not at the location or you’re dumped on endless hold. Shuttle service decided not to run for an hour, had to pay for taxi. Shuttle pick up location changed, hotel oblivious. Staff indifferent to issue with shuttle. Emails sent with no check out time, messages through booking.com ignored. Terrible for price. Good location.
