The hotel was good but I didn’t like the restaurant service. We had to order on the app and then the waitresses were mostly nowhere to be found. The food was good though but I would not recommend it for the best dinner experience.
We paid for this hotel using Chase Sapphire Travel Points - I just found a charge on my card for $531 charged to me on the day of our check out! Check your credit card statements if you stay at this hotel! Grounds were beautiful with flowers and shrubs. Golf course nearby. Lobby was spacious and clean. Rooms were clean. We don't know if this is specific to the fifth floor but in both rooms we had - 68 degrees should have been chilly. First suite, 5022 - went to bed at 68 degrees.
