Jamal was our server for dinner at the Bistro and was very attentive. Good meal and good service.
Booked for Zenkaikon to be a tad away from the center of Lancaster- parking ease was a plus. Clean, hotel services were attentive. Jamaal at the Bistro restaurant was very nice, service was excellent.

My waiter Jamaal was phenomenal. Food was amazing. Service was outstanding and I can’t wait to bring my family back here again. I wish there was more stars available. I did one more.
Enjoyed at the Made restaurant and our server Jamaal was excellent. He made sure we were good at all times.
