Was a clean room, with comfy beds, and friendly service. Good location for those not wanting to stay directly downtown Lancaster and is has good food items nearby.
I was there two days Friday and Saturday night Sept 12th and 13th. Check out time is 11 Sunday morning yet someone was knocking on my door starting at 9:30 Saturday morning and 10 AM Sunday morning. Housekeeping told me they didn’t have a list of rooms that are vacant so they just have to knock on all of them ,unbelievable that a place that cost this much would have that issue housekeeping had paper lists and nothing else. This place is amazing! We had such a great time. My wife misplaced her rings and they really worked hard to help us find them! One of the workers (I wish I knew his name) went out of his way and searched in some unpleasant places. A real gentleman! Thank you so much!
Checkout was at 11, yet someone knocked on our door at 9:30 to “see if we were still here.” Never had that happen at any other hotel before. Loved when this hotel was Willow Valley years ago. They still have the pool but otherwise was a little disappointed.
Alex at the MADE bar is a world class bartender! Best cocktails in Lancaster!
