I love this hotel. The grounds are beautiful and the hotel is clean. Food is delicious too!
Hotel staff very nasty and unprofessional. The Room was dirty. Bathtub was also dirty with a large chip by the drain.Breakfast was an extra charge. The eggs made individually were good. The bread and bagels were stale. Fruit and yogurt were an extra charge. We would never stay there again.
We arrived around 545pm. Lady at desk was less than welcoming. Gave us our room, we finally got to it and it was not cleaned yet. Bed unmade with dirty sheets stacked in a chair. Got the second room, it was fine but someone else's name was welcoming us on the TV. Called to make sure that person wasn't going to be trying to get in later, desk said all was good. Overall cleanliness of common areas was poor, hallways needed vacuuming a lot.
I don't trust the coffee makers in the rooms to be safe to use, especially after covid. I went to the kitchen and asked if they had a coffee pot anywhere for quests. They said "no, but I can SELL you a cup." I was insulted! For what I paid for the room they wouldn't even give me a cup of coffee!!!
