This hotel was probably high quality about 15+ years ago. Now it is ok at best. All the furniture sits low to the ground. Even the toilet; it is so low it is almost sitting on the floor. Did report room too hot and service arrived in less than 10 minutes. One of the few hotels that actually responds to in app or text messages.
Got generous upgrade The indoor pool and indoor water park are fun for kids! However,,The hotel is old and small, especially the restroom
First time there, upon arrival very nice reserved the room ahead of time, very clean, first night was good, next Day went to sight and sound theater to see Noah it was a great time great show well worth it,back to the hotel had dinner there nice quiet great food also very clean the waitress was excellent and very polite Her name Ta , Rose and Rosa very polite employees, an exceptional Hotel would definitely recommend
Nice, accommodating, and helpful staff. Rooms will enough. I’ve been pleased with all of my rooms until this last trip. Unfortunately I was unable to change rooms because I was worth a group. But if you can don’t get a mid-hallway corner room. Outside of that, I strongly recommend. Pic was from another trip, not this last one. Our room just about every time has been like the one pictured. The room we last stayed in would have been picture worthy as a single room.
This is a really nice hotel. Our room was clean and updated, and they gave us free cookies when we checked in. We only stayed for one night, but it was quiet and relaxing.
