On February 21st, 2025 we stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn on our way to our home in Florida. Our intention was to check in and wander next door to Chilis for dinner. Esmarelda checked us in, acknowledged us as Hilton Honors members and thanked us for beoing a loyal Hilton patron. While staying at your hotel while in the pool a few minutes after 10pm , the pool lights were shut off with NO notice given by staff or by the hotel. All guests were left in the pool including my child in complete darkness which is unacceptable from a safety standpoint. Just before this, while there were no towels available on the pool shelf, I asked the front desk and was told she only had one left.
