The room was comfortable and had all the usual amenities. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful despite getting in quite late. The bartender, Jim made a great pistachio shot for me. I do wish breakfast was included but here we are.
Specifically booked a room here as they had a restaurant and bar. Which was closed because of the holiday. The front desk did not know this until we came down to get a drink. Very unhappy. I am a Hilton's Honor, but usually stay at Hampton. Will not stay here again. VERY disappointed! Received email from Corporate that it was posted on the website and at the front desk that the restaurant and bar would be closed. Incorrect! Major smell of cigarettes from checkin clerk. First room had an industrial floor fan outside the door. Inside smelled of mold. Asked for new room, they put us on a different floor opposite end. 3rd floor hallway rug is not properly installed and is raised up along the middle. Tripping hazard Shower pan not fastened down, so it shifts and creaks in use. Chair has mismatched cushion and upholstery. TV cut out, we had to switch to a streaming service.
