Most importantly, the rooms were clean!
As a Hilton Honors member I have to say I was very disappointed in our stay. When we first arrived even though I had already checked in online, I also requested a key card for my husband when we walked in. I wasn’t acknowledged as an honors member like is customary, just handed the key. As we walked around the corner there was a sign stating the elevator was out of order. Amazing comfy king beds
I stay in Hilton Garden Inn’s because they are known for their Buffett breakfast - NOT this one. They only offer serve to order breakfast. They also have a non-functioning elevator!?!?
