Clean Location, working in Ozark, had to choose this location in Dothan, Hotels in Ozark weren't up to par.
Every time I book a room at this hotel there is an issue. Today it's no more king rooms available. How do you allow me to reserve a room when you have none available? The last time my room has been given to a baseball team, and I had to wait 5 hours for a clean room. This is the two most recent visits. There are many hotels to choose from in Dothan. Pick some where else to stay. I certainly will.
Great atmosphere in the lobby. They offer various coffees and pastry items. Plenty n of seating; some being by a fireplace for ambiance and intimate conversation.
Working at the airport. Location was just right. I stay at HGI when i go on the road. This place was the same as everywhere else in the country except at Breakfast. I ordered the same as always. Eggs over easy, crispy bacon, and potatoes. Pretty simple, right? Well, Michael cooks the best breakfast i have had at any Garden Inn that I have stayed at in a long time. Thanks you sir for the great effort in making my order as i asked. Room is comfy and quiet. Everyone at the hotel was pleasent. I would stay here again.
