The breakfast team is unmatched. I travel for work to the area at least once a year and I stay here just for the AM breakfast. The service is very attentive and the made to order breakfast is always great. Everything else is what you would typically expect from a Hilton

Room was disgusting and dirty. Not vacuumed or mopped. Trash, food, dog food all over carpets. Bathroom toilet dirty luckily I had hand sanitizer and cleaned it myself. Checked entire bed. Looked like they just changed sheets and pillow cases and left room. Even though I checked in online telling them exactly what time I was showing up from my flight. Service was on top of it with check ins and text messages but cleaners are worthless and should be fired.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and overall it was a solid stay, but not without some downsides. The biggest issue was housekeeping. We requested room service during our stay and it never happened, which was disappointing, especially for a multi night stay. The location is convenient and honestly one of the better parts of the experience. It’s very close to Ontario Airport, and while that’s great, it’s surprising there’s no airport shuttle offered. I travel a lot for work, so I started using hilton as my main hotel to stay at when traveling, when I returned from work i pulled the sheets back so I can lay down just to find multiple female hairs on the bed, little black and brown dots, trash or chips, or I don't know what it was, and a hair tie, I booked that room for myself and myself only, also shower/tub was clogged and would not drain.
