This hotel was amazing! Very clean and outstanding hotel staff especially REGINA who works at the breakfast buffet! She’s amazing, feels like someone who takes very good care of everyone.
One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in years. My room key randomly deactivated, and when I went to the front desk, every response I got was the same generic script with zero real solutions. I brought up all the issues I experienced, and the staff still acted like they were reading from a cue card. The food prices are ridiculous. $12 for a tiny sliver of cheesecake, and the kids’ mac and cheese is also $12, even though most hotels charge $5–$6 for the same thing. I stayed here while traveling for business and had a great experience. The morning staff went above and beyond, I was short on time and couldn’t sit for breakfast, and they promptly prepared a to-go box for me. It made my morning so much easier. Truly appreciate the kindness and efficiency.
The breakfast team is unmatched. I travel for work to the area at least once a year and I stay here just for the AM breakfast. The service is very attentive and the made to order breakfast is always great. Everything else is what you would typically expect from a Hilton
