Just a great place to be at when you are away from home or, if you just need a hotel in Baton Rouge… Top notch service! Top notch staff… Rooms are nice, food is amazing!!! I dare you to run the AC at 60 cause it’ll run you out the room lol! In all seriousness! You will not regret your stay
Had a last minute job change to Baton Rouge and, knowing that Hilton is my go-to brand, checked into the Garden Inn. Ladarius at the front desk was outstanding, friendly, efficient and very accommodating! The room is spacious and clean. Great facility!
The weird shade of blue paint with the semi-gloss finish made me feel like I was staying at a cheap Motel! The breakfast service was awful! The server didn't even acknowledge me until after the front desk supervisor took a pause from their conversation with the server because she noticed I was staring at them for several minutes. The customer service and staff are top tier. Upon my arrival their systems were down (very apologetic) however because I had the Hilton app I was able to check in and use my digital key. I went back down about an hour or so later because I prefer a key card. The systems were still down but they were able to make me a key! ZERO STARS!!! Do yourself a favor & find another place to stay. Room was nothing fancy at all. Room service for towels didn’t exist. Nothing was cleaned throughout our stay. NOTHING. We left a sign requesting the room be cleaned- came back to full garbage cans, a wad of foreign hair in the shower, dirty sheets & even dirtier counter tops.
