I stayed at this hotel while attending an official meeting as a tribal representative, and I was very disappointed with the level of professionalism shown by the night staff. Despite providing valid travel documentation and requesting a government rate—which is commonly offered to tribal officials on official business—I was met with confusion and ultimately denied the rate.
