Could not recommend this hotel less given how many there are in the area. We checked in for a four-day three-night deal in a studio king with a sales presentation our second to last day in town. We were able to get into our room a bit early (2 pm) after arriving at about 12 noon. After check in, we noticed the walls were pretty thin and chose to put on a white-noise channel on our phone to take a nap. Later, we went out to dinner and got back at 9:03 pm. I no longer ski so this place is a never return to. To many people in a small area.
This has become our new place to go for a few days in July to get away from the AZ heat. The 1bd/2ba rooms are large and have everything you need to enjoy your time away. Looking forward to next year.
Staff was rude. Trying to get information from the concierge was like pulling teeth. Then I get a call at 10:15 a.m. asking me if there's a problem and if I need help leaving my room? I was absolutely confused because checkouts at 11:00 at which point I was informed check out is at 10am. The front desk never said a word to me when renting the room and I've been a Hilton Honors member for 20 years and I've never had a 10 am check out.
