Great location on the mountain. Staff very friendly.
There is no better place to stay at when skiing in Park City. The facilities are top notch but what really differentiates this place is the staff. Year in and year out, hotel delivers outstanding customer service thanks to its leadership with folks like Rafe and Haley who manages the front desk. Add in an unbeatable location next to the new gondola and great amenities like the gym, shuttle and jacuzzi/pool area and this place really delivers a one of a kind experience.
Too expensive for terrible service.
