I was sold a vacation package by Hilton grand vacations for a 3 night 4 day stay in the resort. They instead placed me in the Hilton double tree. They still required the 2 hour presentation. I was lied to and would not trust Hilton grand vacations or the resort.
We stayed here the first week of June. My first piece of advice… Do not stay in Park City the first week of June. It is probably great in the winter, but not June. The entirety of Canyons resort was closed. Only the bars in two hotels were open and only one restaurant was open for a few days a week. The market closed at 7:00. It was DEAD. Even the gondolas were shut down. The best time we had during our stay at Sunrise Lodge was traveling to Moab and staying for two days there to visit Arches. Great time. Our room was so nice and relaxing! The beds were incredibly soft and we slept well. They even had bath robes wrapped up on each queen bed. Our room happened to have vaulted ceilings, so it felt huge! The view from our balcony faced the pool and the mountains and it felt so peaceful at night to look out. Our room included a mini fridge and sink/kitchenette, which was helpful and we took advantage of to store leftovers from nearby restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again. Could not recommend this hotel less given how many there are in the area. We checked in for a four-day three-night deal in a studio king with a sales presentation our second to last day in town. We were able to get into our room a bit early (2 pm) after arriving at about 12 noon. After check in, we noticed the walls were pretty thin and chose to put on a white-noise channel on our phone to take a nap. Later, we went out to dinner and got back at 9:03 pm.
