Staff was rude. Trying to get information from the concierge was like pulling teeth. Then I get a call at 10:15 a.m. asking me if there's a problem and if I need help leaving my room? I was absolutely confused because checkout is at 11:00 at which point I was informed check out is at 10am. The front desk never said a word to me when renting the room and I've been a Hilton Honors member for 20 years and I've never had a 10 am check out. It's 1am, You just drove 7 hours, and the last thing you want to hear is your reservation can't be found due to a software glitch. Greysan, Grayson, Graysen? The suites are nice and the people are friendly, but the noise... Wow. In just the king bedroom of the 3-room suite, there is a mechanical whirring sound that unwinds about every 5 minutes, then immediately starts back up again. All day and night. Management claims it is the HVAC but can't explain the sound, why it is only in this room, or why it continues with the HVAC turned completely off. Great location with tastefully curated and spacious rooms. The valet staff was incredibly nice and helpful. This was probably the nicest Hilton we've visited.
