Great location and wonderful staff. Rooms are starting to look a little worn out and currently hotel has a hot water issue on the 5th floor. The place needs a little TLC.
A greyhound bus is better. Jail would likely be an improvement decor wise. Rooms are unclean. Strange, unknown spots on the wall. My garden hose has higher water pressure. Water is lukewarm. Mattress covers look to be "industrial" grade. Handicap rooms are seemingly miles from the elevator. The hallways are dank and havre the presence of "government" IRS Office. Staff are indifferent. Great staff, great breakfast... As an update, we had a few issues at check-in, but the manager the following morning did a wonderful job resolving the issues. Great place!
