Compared to Embassy Suites on Camelback, these guys are gross. When you walk in you can see the dirt on the white planters. Not much else looks clean either. How is this the same company?
Absolutely fabulous. Check in was a breeze, service was fabulous. Views were breathtaking. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Was neither business nor vacation. They were repairing our floors and we needed a place to go for two days with our furry friends. Couldn't have asked for a better experience in difficult times.
When I arrived, I was placed in a room with bugs crawling over the couch and the curtains. I reported it and they immediately moved me. The hospitality was top-notch. The location is close to everything. The breakfast is amazing.
Alexander first of was excellent he treated my family like VIP royalty each time we visit! Bree does an amazing job shes always so friendly! Claudine deserves a shout out too I couldn't of enjoyed such an extraordinary experience without their upbeat friendly staff! They deserve like a raise or something they go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect! Alexander, Bree and Claudine are amazing front desk hosts! They go above beyond serving their guests! The friendliest crew I ever met! We only come back to the embassy because of them! On top of their great services, all bartenders are always top notch 👌 and let's not forget to mention the chef in the mornings she's super amazing the omelets are always on point we travel from ohio just to stay a few nights here and plan to always come back 😍 best hotel experience my family has ever had!
