Run down hotel with terrible service. Still operating like the bad old covid days. I am a Hilton Gold member and they don't care about my loyalty. I left the room this morning at 10am. I returned at 2pm to find that housekeeping had not made up my room! I noticed a housekeeping cart was still on my floor and called the front desk and asked why my room was not done. They said: " oh. Did you want housekeeping services during your stay" I've called 2 more times. Sigh. Changing rooms to a real hotel tomorrow. Sad.
Love this hotel. Bar was even better. Agatha and Evette were amazing and very friendly. Highly recommend staying here and the bar/ resteraunt experience was top notch because of the bartenders and servers. Thank you
I was there only for dancing,Blaze is very nice, 🤗 welcoming & space full.We had a great time
