the rooms clean and the bedroom is very nice and the staff is very sweet but I'm literally at a loss for words because when I first got to my room the door would unlock but the door wouldn't open it took four different attempts before the door butched open and then when I got inside the phone didn't work the TV didn't work in the shower head whispering all over the ceiling, they did get the phone working eventually, so far shower head and tv ain't working
Breakfast buffet was cold.
