AmAZiNgLY CLeaN Hotel 4 sure. The lobby is open and inviting with plenty of comfortable seating. Even the air is crisp and clean. AND THEN, I met STepHaNie & TaSha at the front desk . Very friendly and helpful. I was offered ice cold water while I figured out the length of my stay. And they even found me a phone charger when my mine wouldn't work. EXCELLENT SERVICE by these two before I even booked my room. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
This is a top tier hotel. They are doing it right. I last stayed here over a year ago, today, hotel still feels brand new. Super comfy and clean beds, updated plug ins and such. Breakfast was great, chicken sandys and flat tater tots, and silk nut milk. Building is kinda hidden behind it's sister, the hamp.
The lady named Raquel is what u call customer service she went out her way to make sure me and my wife was satisfied she went out her way to help me with my honors acct thank you so much I think this the only hotel I will ever stay in when I visit canton Ohio 5 star didn’t know her from a fan of paint and treated me with kindness respect and hospitality
