Great location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and clean? And as of right now they are remodeling and adding new furniture to the rooms,brand new bedroom sets and brand new mattresses, king size which most hotels do not offer. All tile floors, instead of carpeting, which is great! We stayed two nights at these apartments in March 2025. When checked out we left the apartment in perfect condition. We were charged a $100 security deposit because of supposed blood on the sheets on the bed. This was totally made up, we checked all the beds before leaving to make sure we did not leave anything behind and there was no such blood. The management said they would send a video of the sheets right away as proof and they did not do this until 3 months later. I called numerous times to get my money back and they ha... read more

New management is horrible. Place is trashy. Drugs. Low lives. Police called daily. People literally overdose in the hallways. They take alot of money from churches to shelter homeless ex convicts which means you and your family are going to deal with people standing outside drinking beer doing drugs fighting, yelling in the hallways, working on their cars. your paying scottsdale prices for nothing.
