I am sharing my personal experience working directly with Abrar Rabbi in a professional capacity. During my engagement, there were repeated payment delays and unmet financial commitments. Was very great. However, an arson happened and the building isn't usable anymore. I'd recommend checking out other Metro Hospitality locations due to the arson. But before it became unusable, it was great.

The hotel was terrible. It smelled like weed inside, and the hallways had a musty odor. One of the hotel staff members apparently even smoked a joint with a guest. The room had small bugs on the floor. The dishes in the cabinet had mold on them, and the kitchen was generally very dirty — you really wouldn’t want to use it. The sofa was filthy.
