Booked through airbnb. They didn't send a code for the outside door, tell us the apartment number, or the code for the apartment. I called them three times, then finally called airbnb support. Airbnb support gave me a room number and a code, and when I entered it the room was already in use. Metro finally got back to me, told my room wasn't ready even though check in was at 4pm and it was 11pm, then tried to put us in a room with a single bed when we booked 2 king beds. Very Unprofessional, avoid at all costs.
Great experience with a great management
Was going to rate this place lower for reasons I wont mention but the front desk girl Azjia really brought this place up a few notches. Probably the most friendly and accomodating hotel host I have dealt with. Have no clue what they are paying her but she deserves a raise for the boost she gives this place.
Very clean environment, everything worked in our room and the employees were very friendly .
