We had reserved a 2queen room with three guests all retired. The day before our stay we were called to change rooms to a king and fold out couch. Sub par service. The room was not ready for three people and the fold out couch was horrible. As an honors member I should not have been asked to switch. I will not stay at a Home2 again
We had a great stay at Home2suites. It's a very convenient location, near to shopping food & the interstate. We even walked to some places. Our room was very spacious with great water pressure for the shower (rarer than you would think). Breakfast was decent. Some of their hot items in a warmer didn't stay hot long enough, depending on when you came down. But got us on our way with a variety of of options each morning. Staff was very friendly & helpful.
The stay overall has been good. Just a word of caution to those looking for a true "extended stay" experience. There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. This is not a full kitchen as there is no cooking surface. You may be lucky to borrow one of the limited cooktops you can get from the front desk, but there were apparently no cooking pans on site to then be able to cook with.
