Rodney was very helpful and kind with check in and check out process The hallways are warm but no biggie at all The beds are so comfortable and soft traveled from Greenville SC so definitely made relaxing an ease room space was good. Also glad the incidental hold was reasonable compared to others $30 Didn’t get to make the pool but definitely looked enjoyable and clean. Would definitely come back & recommend rather overstay or extended

I really had a great experience at this spot. From the moment I checked in, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, smelled good, and really comfortable the bed felt like sleeping on a mattress from home. I also appreciated the little things like a well-stocked bathroom and friendly staff. Halfway stop on our way to vacation rental. Super clean rooms, nice and cool when we walked in, everything worked and the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. Perfect stay ! Only minor complaint was the mattress, very firm but still slept like a baby 😀
Horrible hotel. Had a cockroach 🪳 in my room on the third night of stay. Housekeeping is not the best. The extent that was done in my room was made the bed and emptied the trash. No vacuuming or wiping down anything. The rooms felt dirty. I was here for a business trip but will never stay at this hotel next time I am in town. Very disappointed to say the least. Response to the business response: No one has contacted me to apologize nor is there 10,000 points in my Honors account 😉
