Well I’m not sure which was worse, the fact that there was a giant cockroach in our room, that she sheets were damp, or that THEY DON’T PROVIDE HAND SOAP. We got to our room after midnight to stop half way to just crash for the night and we found the cockroach in the corner. Then I went to the bathroom to find that there was no soap… but there is dish soap in the little kitchenette sink. 06/30/26 If you’re looking for attitude and absolutely terrible service, this is the hotel for you. I should have read my own review from a while ago, this WILL be my last time at this location. Absolutely terrible. ( Old Review ) I’m not sure why this keeps happening with Hilton. I made my reservation over a week out requesting a first floor room, then I confirmed it with them the day prior and they said “yes, we have you confirmed for a room on the first floor” she even gave me the room number. Stayed for 5 days and didn’t have one complaint the hotel staff was super friendly any issues that did arise they got on them quickly. It’s just been renovated and I heard someone say a brand new staff. They all did great. Breakfast was your normal hotel style breakfast. Would recommend staying here.
