For the most part I've never had issues with this place until now so that's the only reason its not 1 star for me. Management or maybe new management needs to go behind housekeeping and inspect their work! Dirty bathrooms do NOT work, hair all over the sink and not so clean shower is absolutely uncalled for.
Nice location, room was not clean. Pulled back the sheets and there was a lot of body hair left on the bed. Instead or fresh sheets they just made the bed with dirty sheets. Shower had mold in it. Bathroom floor was gross. Manager said they would clean the room but didn’t.
Great location thats convenient with lots of places near by
We had reserved a 2queen room with three guests all retired. The day before our stay we were called to change rooms to a king and fold out couch. Sub par service. The room was not ready for three people and the fold out couch was horrible. As an honors member I should not have been asked to switch. I will not stay at a Home2 again
