I am wrapping up my stay here and cant wait to get home. At first glance, things appeared to be nice but I noticed a horrible mildew/mold smell upon entering our room. Our sheets had holes and curtains had holes in them. The carpet was coming up from the floor and the bathroom smelled wet although we hadn't showered. The housekeeping door on the fourth floor is in shambles, as if someone tried to dismantle or break into it. I can't imagine any CEO at Hilton or its staff would want to stay there. I was very worried about staying here due to reviews. I had a work trip and this was about the only hotel in the area that was decent from my options to choose from. The hotel was not disgusting like reviews said but it is very dated. The hallways were hot and the doors of the room need to be replaced. Some were chipped off and did look like someone tried to force themselves in. Lobby and grounds are clean and well kept, rooms were a disappointment. Our door looked like it had been attacked by the SWAT team. Constantly found rust, dirt, stains. One night here was one night too many.
