My room was in terrible condition. There were dirty towels left on the sink in the bathroom, the shower water would not stay hot, and the air conditioning unit did not work. I reported these issues, but nothing was fixed, and I was still charged full price for the room. The elevator also appears to have not been serviced in a long time—it made loud, concerning noises. Overall, the experience was unacceptable.
Enjoyed the room size, renovated shower, & hotel location. However, Hilton, please refrain from promoting "breakfast" included in stay when all you offer is questionable cheese slices, stale bread, & half empty cereal bins with no milk. A work crew was sanding walls near the elevator during check-out time causing guests to dodge cords, dust, & equipment while maneuvering heavy luggage. So frustrating. Room was very subpar. If I had to choose again, I wouldn’t stay here. I’m a lifetime Diamond with Hilton and this place is not good. Couldn’t get a digital key. Then had to wait for assistance to get checked in to get a physical key for some unknown reason. I’m sorry, I would not stay here again. The room door has been messed with so much they added some Mickey Mouse repair strip. Lamp is missing its shade. Rust on the lamps and desks. Desk is coming apart. Room not clean. Hate to give a bad review as this hotel chain is our go-to. First one we’ve stayed in that rates so low. First room given to us had a broken door, was incapable of latching- looked as though someone had broken in. Room was not clean and in need of desperate repair. Given a new room that was much better but still not very clean, dirty dishes, etc. And none of the phone chargers worked.
5th time. Stay here if you want a hear attack Edit: 4th time Edit: 3rd time The hotel fire alarm has gone off twice because of an issue with the system while we were staying here.
