Rooms are well maintained, quiet and cozy. There are restaurants and market places around the facility which makes it convenient to stay at. Staff were helpful.
We had a bad experience at the Alloy King of Prussia - a DoubleTree by Hilton from 10/10/25 - 10/13/25. The front desk almost charged us double since the very start, and they sent us to the top floor where there were loud watery noises from the early morning to late at night, so we could not even sleep well. The survey overall is 1.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Lobby was large and well decorated. Room was clean and typical size. Had some hot water trouble one night but the staff comped me a partial refund on the bill. Would go again.
