My recent stay at the Alloy Hotel was overall a pleasant, quiet, and relaxing experience. One feature I really appreciated was being able to select my room the night before check-in using the Hilton app, which made the arrival process feel more personalized. Shoulda woulda didn't. By far the worst Hilton experience I've ever had (and I mostly stay Hiton). General concern - over booking large events when this venue does not have the capacity to hold large groups for meals (restaurant could barely service one of the three groups with room blocks) and social time. Hallways were packed for days, parking was a challenge, 30-minute wait for black coffee because only one person was working in the market during morning rush hour.
