Caution caution caution Stayed at the Leesburg Homewood Suite on a bicycle tour 8/28/25 room 321 . My wallet was stolen from my room in the first half hour i was there, i left my room for 15 minutes(a mistake!). All staff at the hotel were useless and not helpful at all. They kept saying we are all honest and you lost it some where else, even though I show them my id at check in and went straight to my room and told them where the wallet was in the room. They have no cameras in the halls or elevators and all my interactions ... read more
Customer service can be better.
Called to book a room for a wedding because the couple had a block. Woman on the phone didn't understand what I said so instead of asking a single question or trying to understand she put me on hold for 15 minutes. Hung up and booked at the Best Western for half the price.
Short 1-Day business trip, place was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly! Will return for longer stays!
