I wish I could remember the woman at the front desk at night, she was fantastic!
10/10. Courteous and welcoming staff. Amazing location - Rockway mall and next to the highway. Rooms are huge in comparison to any other properties I have stayed in around the area. Lot of breakfast options with staff very flexible to accommodate what I needed. Will definitely stay again
We stayed for two nights .The room was OK but we were next to the elevator and laundry room and the walls are so thin that you hear people above, below and to the right and all night you hear the elevator and laundry. Fire alarm activated and no one knew what to do. The fire escape/stairwell is all the way at the end of building. The food mediocre and one lady there at the breakfast area very inhospitable.
We just stayed there and everyone was so nice. All the employees were helpful and very willing to help with anything we needed. Tawanda was always smiling and welcoming and accommodating!!! Tawanda is the best!!! She made our stay so great!!! I want to also give a shout out to Rico. We had some wonderful conversations and it was like I was with a longtime friend. Keep up the good work!!!
