Room 218 smelled like dogs and the furniture definitely smelled like dogs and was chewed and scratched. Rug was scratched up. I paid to upgrade to this room. The bedroom and living room smelled like dogs were sleeping there. The SHOWER was either scalding or freezing.... no option in between.... literally. If they allow animals they should designate them animals only and not dupe you into an up charge.
Everything about this hotel is Awesome! However the 3 star rating is for the food options in this hotel. They are inedible. The breakfast and their Weds ONLY evening social resembles prison food. UPDATE: 2/11/26 The breakfast and evening social food remains the same. Hilton should not let this happen in this hotel. The food was inedible for dinner and breakfast. Some fruit is the only thing you can eat. Next time I will post pictures of the food if there is no change. I am a Diamond member.
Convenient to the places I needed to be while in the area. Staff is amazing, all of them! From check in to breakfast to night auditors to check out a smooth and seamless transaction every time. They never raise an eyebrow when I ask for big trash bags (to clean our room after being there 4 or 5 days). Rooms are comfortable, and sizeable. Having a kitchenette makes meals easy. Only 2 things I wish they offered were an on demand coffee machine instead of thermopots and zero sugar drinks in the pantry other than water.
