Breakfast was good and that’s where it ends, I lost my kindle there, have called multiple times was told they would have someone check didn’t get a call back will call again tomorrow. I was there for a wedding we did a room block and no one was even near each other. The bride and groom had the smaller of all the rooms which made no sense. Great Staff! Chelsey and her team made sure to give exceptional support and service on a pair of seeing glasses I left in the hotel. Couldn’t ask for a better experience getting them shipped back.
Asked for housekeeping daily, they came once in 5 days. Indoor pool was "under maintenance" so we wereunable to use, didn't see any activity that would suggest pool would be open anytime soon. Ok location, but everything was a drive, except the Rockaway mall.
Room was very clean and neat, all the items I was hoping for (highest floor, walk-in shower, laundry services) were there as requested, which was awesome. There are signs of wear around the corners of the bathroom floor and shower, which I'm sure can be addressed by some new caulking. But the amenities in the room are great -- in fact, I have the very same microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher in my home, so no learning curve when using all of them!
