Restaurant could learn to cook a steak
We had the best time this weekend! We do an annual girls trip and our family also uses this hotel. Shawn did an amazing job Saturday at the poolside tiki bar. Even though it was so busy, he never stopped. He kept the line moving. The drinks were delicious and he was so nice! Zabrina was so helpful at the front desk anytime someone needed something including when we left ice packs in the room’s freezer after checkout. We used our daily credit and the general store. Positive experience but left wanting a bit more. The rooms are small and have a handful of defects that could be shored up. Positive interactions with all staff.
This hotel is in a great location. It's walkable to restaurants, a nice coffee shop, and the beach. My family stayed there last week, and overall, we had an okay experience. We wouldn't stay there again. Here's why: * The hotel hallways smell strongly of mildew. * Our hotel room A/C unit leaked. * The outdoor pool water was murky. We had a WONDERFUL stay! The hotel was clean, the amenities were great, the staff was friendly and attentive. The location is perfect. The only negative thing was we only had maid service one time during our week long stay. That’s too long to go without refreshing towels and coffee and such. We brought our dog with us and the hotel was amazing to him. Overall it was a great stay.
