One of our best Hilton experiences!!!
I was highly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The customer service was unimaginable/horrible. The young guy and young girl that worked the front desk were unprofessional. They didn't greet before or after checking in. I asked a question of how the breakfast goes for in the morning. Its clearing I was a bother to each of them. There was no hello, no can I help you with anything. If you need help with anything just let me know. I didn't get any of that. Front desk was horrible, combative and argumentative… Not the level of customer service that Hilton provides.. I left a message for the GM and got no return phone call.. Attitude reflects leadership.. However the Restaurant staff was amazing….. The food was also awesome.. The front desk staff Absolutely Horrible…
I called with questions about a reservation and sharice told me to call the front desk and hung up on me. Amazing customer service 0/10 will NOT recommend.
