I was not happy with the service at this place at all. I had reservations for 2 rooms suits at that so spending good bit of money. June 28th is when I had reservations for remind you my mom called the day before asking the person at the front desk If we can come early to decorate for my sister bachelorette party. So the person told my mom to call back the next day so she did and the host that answered the phone told my mom to come for 2:30 to check in. Not a good experience at all. I was a guest with my two daughters attending a ODP ID camp. Let’s start by saying the premises needs maintenance and more staff. Several rooms, including entrance, lobby area, patio space , room hallways , lobby bathroom were dirty, dusty, and garbage left on the floor. When I checked in , I was told my room was not ready because they had a wedding the night before and not enough staff to clean.
