Just checked in and got the upgrade to the executive suite on the exec floor. Thank you to the amazing staff that were very hospitable and welcoming and especially to Jasleen who I was already talking with on the Hiltons Honours app. The renovated room looks amazing and very welcoming. July 4, 2026. This is my first time staying here in a long time. All I can say is that they have done a fantastic job in renovations. The room is beautiful. I love it. This is amazing. Will definitely be back in the future. Thank you so much. Great front service too.
What was supposed to be a simple show up and check-in. It was anything but that. I live an hour out of Winnipeg and another 30 minutes to get to the hotel. I had thought everything was taken care of from a company I was booked to perform at. So I get there and it was about 45 minutes until they couldn’t figure it out and I just left as my time was wasted. Don’t let “the name” fool you.
