We had the executive room suite with lounge access. Room was kind of dark, bed space was decent but the living room space was pretty tight, outdated. The lounge has an unlimited access for snacks and drinks including coffe, soda or juice. Great space to welcome guest with washroom in. No pool. Restaurants nearby, shopping centre and grocery nearby. I can't speak enough for service aside from frontdesk - welcoming and great.
Wish I could give a 1/4 star and even that would be a stretch. The only hotel that has charged my credit card before check in time or even me being in the same city yet. My card. Not yours to charge whenever. Then try to call the airport shuttle and get directions where to meet it. Can't communicate in English. Really terrible experience with this Hotel and I would recommend looking elsewhere. Highly recommend looking elsewhere.
Staff are amazing. Beautiful hotel. Room is cozy. Respectful and friendly environment. The food is great and service is quicker than I expected.
