Stayed one night around August 4th. Unfortunately, first impression of the hotel may have created a negative bias moving forward. Front staff had a mix of very friendly or sour service reps. Elevator was dirty with visible dust and hairballs at one point. Hallway to room was hot and not air conditioned. Felt very dated with an odour of ancient cigarette smo ke. Loved the hilton hotels but the workers gave me the wrong key to someone else's room, and they kept giving us the wrong hotel key.. we had a lot of expensive stuff in our room too.. feel unsafe in this hotel due to the workers in front, giving, making the wrong keys and making up different stories after I recorded what they said.. I will not use hilton again
