Perfect location in main village. There is a daily resort fee so I was glad to use the outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna and exercise room. Staff and service was excellent. Room was spacious but perhaps due for refresh in the near future. We stayed on 8th floor and there was a repetitive rattling noise all day and night that was annoying. Staff responded to our complaint attributing it to an elevator and couldn't fix it so they comped our valet parking for the two nights, which was appreciated.

Had a lovely apres meal and drinks after a day up the mountain. We ordered and there was a bit of a mix up but the manager Alex M. and the prompt serving staff handled it so well. Just amazing people who definitely love their jobs and to help. Will definitely come back for more apres.
Liberty and Michael were absolutely fantastic for our reunion dinner! Highly recommend this restaurant for special occasions
Great location near the gondola, shops and restaurants. Can be a little noisy, lively town. Earplugs recommended. Biggest complain is with the spa-- no water on the rocks, how is this a sauna? I thought this backward thinking was confined to gyms in the US but apparently it's spreading. Otherwise lovely.
