This is a review of the staff at Hilton Whistler. I made a reservation based on the excellent reviews I found during my research, but unfortunately, I became sick and was unable to travel. Joseph Arnesto kindly helped facilitate my cancellation without any trouble. Although I didn’t get the chance to stay at the hotel, this experience reassured me of the kindness and professionalism of the people providing service there. I would not hesitate to book with them in the future.

Spent an evening listening to an amazing Tragically Hip Cover band that was fantastic! As someone who has spent 30 years working in the service industry, I have to say I was so impressed with Kailey our server, personality overload! She knows how to read a crowd and went above and beyond! Thanks Kailey for keeping customer service a priority- you made our amazing day finish on the best note!
Amazing location and has everything you need. My family loves the outdoor pool and hot tub. Thanks hilton!
Loved loved loved my stay here. It’s so close to the slopes, has a ski vallet with summit sports and has exceptional rooms. Large rooms with fully equipped kitchen, Fireplace and desk. An indoor hot tub, coffee shop and a really good restaurant.
