Very solid location with lots of amenities all around. I found the area to be very clean, safe and easy to access lots of shops and restaurants. I loved the heated pool and the workout area although small, is absolutely sufficient for my needs. The beds were super comfortable and it was quiet at night as well! Thank you.
Great views from the top of the 18th floor. Great hospitality service from Angelica, and Sumran.
Overall a fair experience friendly staff rooms are OK. Nothing spectacular but gets the job done.
I’ve wanted to stay at Hilton Vancouver Metrotown for a long time, especially since I often see guests eating at Crystal Mall, which has a direct entrance to the Hilton within the mall itself. The rooms and amenities are fairly standard for a Hilton, but everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The real standout is the location—it’s right in the heart of Metrotown and within easy walking distance to the mall, tons of shops, restaurants, and transit, which made getting around incredibly convenient.
