I have a really poor experience with Hilton bramd across the US and this was not an exception Poor cleaning services (stains on the glassed, surfaces weren't wiped at all - I stayed for a week) , hairdryer was old - see photos Bed duvet/comforter was dirty (I reported it and was told they changed it) Bes sheets must have been polyester as I slept really bad there There was no space for a suitcase so I had to keep it half closed. Excellent service and location
I’ve stayed for 5 nights. I met a wired things there. This hotel does provide toothpastes but you have to ask. When I asked for it at first night, they gave me a toothbrush and toothpaste kit. However, the toothpaste is an unusual package, it was a “sheet”, which I almost finished in one day. So, I asked for another 4 packages, since I stay by myself. (However, the max capacity of the room is 2 people) But, the room service guy refused me. He said 5 packages are too much, so, he only gave me another 2 toothpaste. I have no i... read more
