We stayed here and loved the welcoming atmosphere. It is sooo close to the Stadium and close to everything, even the iconic shopping district of Robson and Granville St. The saltwater pool and jetted hot tub on the roof with a view was not to be missed. We stayed here for the FIFA 2026 match between Switzerland and Algeria and during Canada Day - the Hotel celebrated alongside us - great fun ( and Timmy's and IGA less than 50 steps from the lobby of the hotel! )
Confusing parking
I specifically booked a corner room because the listing clearly showed a bright room with large windows on two sides. Instead, I was given a very dark room with a single small window facing walls. The room I received was completely different from what was advertised. When I asked to be moved to the room I had booked, the staff told me that “the room shown in the pictures is not guaranteed.” If that is the case, then advertising a premium corner room with large windows while assigning guests a completely different room is ext... read more
