Property is really tired and even though they say they are upgrading you don’t see it. Also, a lot of the landscape is dead and weedy and ugly in parts. Rooms are very tired and carpet is so bad we would not walk on it without shoes! Air in bedrooms but not in living dining and kitchen area which is very hot and sticky. Most of the folks were very kind and helpful but a few had an obvious problem with being asked anything. After 14 years of paying fees as an owner we were finally able to return. What a dump. Room conditions were inexcusable, should have never been allowed to go this long. Construction was all we saw, affected parking too. No working elevator. Staff at pool bar was the only plus. We brought friends who were considering joining, but that's not going to happen. Very, very disappointed. Will not be returning.
