Had a few repairs needed while we were there
Hilton Grand Vacations is a terrible company. Do not deal with this company. We were huge Hilton fans and have stayed at Hilton properties, but this company has ruined it. So I warn you, do not book with them. Go with a different company other than Hilton.
Functional studio rooms with kitchenette. The kitchen was spotlessly clean, but the beds linens didn’t feel clean. The pillows were very uncomfortable. And the heater was noisy.
Another great venue to stay and play part of the Hilton collection. Can't beat the food in Sedona.
I’m not reviewing the property which is lovely. This review is for the vacation club sales force which was aggressive, rude, condescending and mean spirited. We were very clear about our intentions and our desires, and also very kind, friendly and participatory. But it when it became clear that we were not going to buy at the property, they became furious and kicked us out. That was the best part of our morning… Getting kicked out!
