Avoid “OCEAN VIEW” suites - you are essentially paying 50% more than a city view for a tiny sliver of water visible only from the balcony - see picture. To actually see the ocean, you must book "Ocean Front." This lack of transparency ruined a birthday surprise I had planned for my daughter. We stayed here from Wednesday to Saturday morning in late March for a conference. Our room was beachfront, which was lovely. Although the hotel is a bit outdated and could use some new towels to replace the old ones, everything was very clean, including the room and the air conditioner. Considering the price, this hotel still deserves five stars!

Our week's vacation was simply fantastic!! Sarah's professional and courteous assistantance, along with Love and the front desk staff, all made our stay one of the best beach vacations here at VB. The resort units and amenities were clean, updated and so comfortable. The oceanfront view was amazing!! We will return soon. Thanks!!
