The only thing saving this hotel is the staff. The rooms are huge, theyre nice. But they have a serious organic growth problem. Only a mold testing would confirm what types of mold but it is fairly obvious they have a water/moisture problem. The were in 3 different rooms. The first one, it took a day to have someone check out the water spot on the floor and when they opened the closet (see pictures) When they moved us to a new room, you could see dark spots on the ceiling coming from the vent path. Honestly, the stay here is not the problem, there was mold in the bathroom so bad that it made the whole room smell, we looked past this, it was my son’s birthday. The real problem I have is the constant harassing about the time share I have asked multiple times to be removed from any call list and AGAIN I was called and when I said I’m sorry I asked to be removed the last time you guys called me the woman on the phone proceeds to ask me why, excuse me? I had a terrible experience at this Hilton Vacation Club. I simply wanted to request a different room because I was not comfortable with the room I was given. Instead of trying to assist me, the front desk representative and the manager questioned me repeatedly about why I wanted to change rooms. The way I was spoken to was extremely rude, dismissive, and embarrassing, especially because this happened in front of other guests.
