We stayed at this hotel for what was supposed to be a four-night stay, but unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing. We found multiple roaches in our room and have now caught an entire bag full of them. This is completely unacceptable and has made us very uncomfortable staying here. We went to the front desk to request a different room, but our request was refused. What a wonderful week!! The rooms are tastefully decorated, plenty of supplies, comfortable beds, and clean upon arrival. The entire staff was friendly, approachable, and helpful. They always treated us with smiles. Special shout out to Kia, who worked in the pool area, thank you for treating my family like they were your own. You are a gem.
